I've come up with some ideas on how to modify common workouts to help protect joints and muscles.
I've got a bad back and knee too! What would be a good excercise for bad backs and bad knees?

I think anything low-impact would be good. Swimming, cycling, yoga. Though with a bad back, things can probably be trickier. You could probably do the same moves, but modified so you're laying down and your back is supported?
