Holiday Weight Gain Support

The endless barrage of treats, snacks, pies, cakes, cocktails and holiday parties is just around the corner making our favorite holiday treats pretty much everywhere we look. It's ok to "indulge" in moderation -- allowing yourself a treat every once in awhile -- but let's talk about tips and tricks you can share with group on how YOU stay motivated through the holidays to say NO to holiday weight gain?

What do you do to sneak in workouts, eat healthy, and keep your stress levels at bay during the holidays?

A raw desert recipe can be amazing to eat. They are healthy and free sugars that you might get with traditional recipes. One of the recipe's that you might want to try out is the orange chocolate cheesecake. The texture looks nice and the taste should be delicious. It could be a great recipe to make during the holiday season.
