Average woman 5'4'' 140lbs

Any women 5'4'' 140 lbs out there? According to statistics, women who are 5'4'' and 140lbs are average. What do you think/feel when you see women who are thinner than you? How do you keep yourself from engageing in disordered eating thoughts/behavior (for those who are recovered/in the process of recovery)?
I'm a 24 year old 5'4'' 140 lb female recovered anorexic/bulimic. Looking to help and be helped by others of similar background. What are your thoughts?
