A better you program in Freehold, NJ

Hi there,
I was trying to find out info about actually being able to stick to this weight loss program. I just joined right before Christmas. I just had my 2nd appointment, & i'm very overwhelmed. If there is anybody out there, who did this program & can offer me some knowledge. Thanks

HI christine,

Im at my sis in laws- so im on her sign in, anyway in past 2 weeks ive lost 10 pounds. i'm not starving at all. just very tired. it takes lots of energy out of me- excersise regimin- & always preparing the food- but I feel lighter, and think this might help me in the long run...
