living with chronic pain

I'm trying to deal with every day life as a single mom when it seems everything I do hurts! I have fibromyalgia and lately I can't stop the pain in and around my spine. I do laundry or dishes or even pick up around the house-I'm hurting so much I have to stop. What's worse is the fact that I'm neglecting my daughter by not spending quality time with her cause I'm laying down trying to make my pain go away.
