Hi, I'm Helimarie! I just joined this group and would like to communicate with people who suffer from Arthritis, in general! I have pain from OSTEOARTHRITIS ranging from my neck to my feet! I was also diagnosed with FIBERMYALGIA. Seems like I'm falling apart LOL! I also have SJOGREN'S SYNDROME causing very DRY EYES AND MOUTH! Taking classes in WATER AEROBICS seems to be helping my ARTHRITIS pain..
