I am heading towards a hip replacement of my left hip due to arthritis. I have had two injections at the hospital where my ortho put me under anesthesia so he could inject me into the joint itself. It only lasted one week and I had to pay $500 each time as I have to meet a deductible of $2,500 before BC pays fully. Therefore, no more shots...I am heading for a hip replacement. Are there any others out there that are dealing with hip arthritis. I am 56 and have to work in an office and can barely walk without a can. It feels like I am walking on a toothache!!
