MMHusband has mystery illness and doesn't seem to care.

By February 5, 2016 - 1:36am

When me and my husband started dating I was aware he had some sort of illness that at the time he had already had for a few years.. He basically gets sick to his stomach all the time, has nausea, throws up every morning, is always tired, gets headaches, wakes up early with stomach pains, has no appetite and the list goes on. I married him anyway and happily. His illness was quite bad for the first few months but then slowly went away after we moved out of state, well 4 years and 2 kids later it's back off and on. I am convinced that he has severe deppression because he's been to several drs and no one can find anything wrong. I am not ruling anything out but from what I've read it sounds like physical deppeession symptoms, I've tried to tell him that and he acts offened like I'm calling him crazy. I am at my wits end, we have two beautiful babies that he hardly spends time with because he's either at work (desk job) or he is here playing games or asleep because he is ALWAYS tired or sick but won't do anything about it! I feel bad because he's my spouse and I love him but he is just not living.. What kind of life is it to never want to do anything or go anywhere or see anyone because you're always sick? He's missing his children growing up and it's sad. He also has bad habits that i know contribute, he drinks tons of soda, smokes, only eats junk food if any food and won't exercise period. I am at a loss, I get that I married him sick but we have kids now and that should make him want to try right?.. I also forgot to mention that he only ever seemed somewhat okay when he was smoking marijuana when we first met. But After we moved out of state and then later found out I was pregnant he decided to stop. I need help and advice..

HI,
You should research Cushing's Disease.
Your husband sounds like mine a few years ago.
