I am a mother of two and I have had past struggles with my health and weight. I suffered from high blood pressure, diabetes, and being over weight and I also have a knee injury (which made losing weight even harder). I started my first 90day challenge and I lost 28 pounds (w/o exercise). I no longer suffer from high blood pressure (was 154/93 , currently 120/83), no longer have diabetic episodes of weakness, fatigue, and trembles. My energy level is amazing (my 3 year old loves that I can just play with her for hours). I just started my second 90 day day challenge and I want to share my story with others so we can help each other.
