Losing Weight and Living Healthy Successfully!
I just started my 2nd 90 day challenge. On my first challenge I lost 28 pounds (no exercise). This time my goal is to lose 30 pounds and tone up. I walked 2.6 miles this morning and burned 286 calories. I plan to go to the gym later.
I back in business ladies. The last week of the month and the begining of the following month is always busy for me but Guess what I still managed to lose another 5 pounds. Yay. I been so busy so I didn't really get a chance to get in the gymlike I wanted to but I did other things instead like walking and jogging. I even broke a record last week, I walked 6.67 miles at one time and I could have did more if it wasn't sooo HOTT out there. I been staying focused amoung all the chaos. :o) Taking my two shakes a day and making sure to eat. That one was always hard for me - remembering to eat. Crazy right...I know but I forget to eat some time. So I made an eating schedule to make sure I eat something every three hours. And since I'm on the go a lot I try to keep a small snack with me at all times. It works! Anybody else want to share their victories?

Thanks Danielle! I will try to post everyday and keep everyone updated and motivated! :o) I didn't take picture when I started my first challenge because I didn't think I was going to lose that much weight when I started the program (Body By Vi) but since I started my second 90 day challenge I took my Before picture and measurements. My company has competitions every quarter for those who are on the Body By Vi 90 days challenge and they give away free trips and money based on your testimonial, transformation, etc. This quarter I'm going to be ready. I mean everytime I go to an event (it never fails) I'm in tears. The testimonials are so touching and heart felt. It's just amazing to see how many lives have been changed and saved.

Chrissy10,
Good for you! Keep up the persistence, that's impressive! That's great that you're exercising, even without going to the gym. I've been having a hard time dragging myself to the gym lately, too. However, I recently got a large exercise ball, and although it came with a great workout video, I've also found some great videos online! Especially as it continues to get hot, finding ways to work out inside is a good idea.
Thanks for sharing!
Best,
Danielle
