Sometimes finding the motvation to work out and eat healthy is hard, so take it a step at a time. Small steps will lead you to big places. So, each week just write down small changes you will work on. It can be: I will limit my eating out or fast food this week, or I will get up 15 minutes earlier two mornings this week and go for a walk. Take it slow and soon the motivation will come naturally.
