EmpowHER Guest Left side hydronephrosis kidney from birth was noticed at the age of 45.Is it necessary to remove that?If not removed then what complications it can cause to body?

EmpowHER Guest I WAS DIGONISED WITH MILD HYDRONEPHROSIS DURING KUB SCAN CAN YOU TELLME MORE ABOUT THIS AND TREATMENT REQUIRED FOR THIS AND THE CONSEQUENCES IF NOT PROPER TREATMENT IS DONE
