I used to work in a company that was trying to develop a kit for early detection of ovarian cancer. I was asked to grow the ovarian tumor cells. Of all the different types of tumor cells that I had to grow, the ovarian cells provided the greatest challenge. Anyone that wants to grow ovarian cancer cells, in order to study them, has to exercise extreme patience. Sue Chehrenegar
