I know you posted last year, but I have to tell you that surgeries almost always are regretted, as they don't even usually fix anything. I would have tried all NATURAL possibilities first - chiropractic, acupuncture, massage therapy. I love my chiropractor and know he has prevented others from having surgery. You can go to a chiropractor or other natural healthcare provider after surgery, too!!! Best wishes for your health!

In your sleep! That's just not fair. My degenerative disc disease snuck up on me over the years. I have not had surgery, but have had incredible results with acupuncture. My Tucson doctor was able to reduce the pain and numbness in my arms and hands almost completely, and my back is 75% better. Good luck.

Thank you so much for sharing your incredible story. Has the surgery been a successful treatment for you and is it typical to have two successive surgeries for degenrative disc disease?
