I have lived with allergies for over 23 years and have been confirmed by my allergist to suffer from moderate to severe allergies to ALL environmental - both inside and out as well as countless topical allergies.
Roughly 6 years ago I had a sudden onset of allergic asthma and it has had a huge impact on my life since. I am a mother of four and as to be expected all of my children have one form of allergy or another, but my 16 year old is like me, suffering from moderate to severe allergies to everything on the chart INCLUDING food and sun allergies. She was born with asthma and her allergies triggered after puberty.
Needless to say allergies and asthma are a major part of my life. I'm eager to share my experiences and hear about all of yours as we work towards further improving our lives.

Michedolne - So sorry you have suffered so with this condition. Not fun at all, always living on the edge. My son was born with terrible allergies, eczema then migrated to full blown asthma. After many medical doctors, alternative professionals and my obtaining a degree in nutrition, I can finally say...there are solutions. Since I did not want my son dependent on medicines and drugs his whole life, I opted to heal him. He is now eczema, asthma and mostly allergy free. It can be done, it does take time. Have you tried alternative care professionals? Any luck? Have you tried to boost the immune system with super foods? All are options. If you are interested, check out my website healthmaniacs.net .
