Hi Bexdaws,
I am sorry to hear that you are dealing with so much pain. As for the bleeding, your Gynecologist should be able to control that for you. Heavy bleeding and stomach pains can be a sign of many different things so you should absolutely get checked for things such as possible cysts.
HPV is very common and the bump on your boyfriend could certainly be a possible wart. You should have him get checked as you are also getting checked. Since you are positive for the high risk HPV and continue to have sex with your boyfriend, he may also pass it along to others so he should also be made aware of your HPV status.
I think your main concern is getting the bleeding stopped which can be done but going to your physician is necessary. You should be going to the hospital if you are bleeding. Does that answer your question about Tuesday?
Please let me know if you have any questions. I am a little confused if you have an exact question. Going to the physician for your bleeding should be done asap. As for the high risk HPV, you should read more about HPV here https://www.empowher.com/search/google?cx=007544384767083790728%3A2otat3sg2a8&cof=FORID%3A9&query=HPV&op=GO&form_build_id=form-59a0df44697c4ea95b91b84c7527d156&form_token=170ac100bf1d8b4a92c1413397e2e21f&form_id=google_cse_searchbox_form#858.
