It's difficult to stay in a good mood and be peaceful and calm in this time of year. Winter is always a little bit gloomy and we have to cheer ourselves with some treatments to stay healthy. Especially it refers to those who study - school and college students are a risk group number one. November and December are the months when all you can think of are finals, so you will definitely need some strength.
These are my personal tips to keep yourself in a good mood and tough health in winter time.
1. Sleep well - your system needs to get solid amount of time to rest, so that your brain can work adequately at the exams and while writing term papers.
2. Use vitamins - they are never redundant. Even if you eat a lot of fruits and vegetables - they still can't give you that amount of vitamins your system requires to stay strong in this season, so try to use vitamins in pills.
3. Mix your studying with resting - if you've been writing an essay for an hour - take pause and go for a walk for at least 20 minutes - your brain needs some fresh air and time to chill.
4. Try to wear warm clothes made of natural fabrics, but keep it in the limits - so that your body don't overheat. It's even more dangerous to get sweaty in cold time than be a little cold, because when you're sweaty you're more prone to get sick.
These prompts should help you to feel calm and healthy and strong in winter time. Stay positive and don't let any stresses bring you down!
