Due to their presence in the spotlight, celebrities have always been our role images for their looks, fashion, style, trends, lifestyle, and so much more. Being a person working in the field of music concerts tickets service and having such great experiences, I can confirm it quite easily. That is why, as we fight the nonstop struggle to watch our weight, we automatically have in our minds their stunning physiques and though they might give the impressions that they eat normally, the fact is that they are completely focused on any deviation in their weight or the shape of their bodies.
We shall focus on some sensible healthy diet tips from female musicians that we could implement in our daily diet:
Beyoncé recommends alternating between a liquid diet cleanse that basically consists of water, lemon juice, maple syrup, and cayenne pepper. Otherwise, she goes vegan and simply swears off all animal products.
Lady Gaga is rather favoring a diet that consists of a no carb diet interspersed with drinks of whiskey! But she insists on a workout as well.
The stunning Christina Aguilera goes for colors in her diet! She follows a 7-day diet in which each day she eats foods of only one color – purple, red, orange, yellow, green, white, and so on. Be careful though, since there are foods of these colors that are rather doubtful that she would eat such as cheeses.
As for Madonna, her food intake is based on following the moon – if the moon is a full moon or a new moon then her only intakes are water or juice. She has also been criticized for following the “air diet” – and this is the notion of just inhaling the scent of a plate of food and not eating any of it!
Jennifer Lopez’s approach to taking care of her shape is by turning to the use of essential oils. Grapefruit essence is her go to and she has been known to take regular whiffs of the fruit oil as they affect the liver enzymes, and in turn, promote weight loss.
Of course, the more important tips are not what they do rather than what they don’t do:
• All these celebrities have agreed on the fact that they do not eat diet foods as their result is a definite weight gain either because they affect the balance of the body, the hormones, or make them eat more.
• Processed foods are a no-no, and if they go for them, then only occasionally and early in the morning.
• Artificial sweeteners are not favored, instead, they use real sugar but in small amounts and not continuously.
• Beware of diet drinks, at least those packed with artificial sweeteners.
• Most oils and fats are not recommended for cooking – except olive and coconut oils.
In general, a good breakfast is recommended as compared to a light lunch and an even lighter dinner with no carbs. While real food eaten in small quantities is another agreed upon point, still the green types of food like vegetables and fruits are their main staple. And, by real food, they mean food in its original form without additives or processing.
Lastly, all our loved celebrities insist on an early morning workout irrespective of what the schedule of the day is like.
