We’ve all been there. Saying or letting our minds think “I’m too tired.” or “It’s too cold.” or even “I’ll do it tomorrow.” Our minds may even begin to get negative, telling us "You'll never reach your goal." or "You look gross today." But does this really help us feel any better? I bet your answer was no. If we really want to see a change in our bodies, we have to get past the mental block in our minds.
Start setting your alarms earlier. Get that workout in first thing in the morning, before your mind can even make an excuse for you. Eat a little healthier, and most importantly, tell yourself something POSITIVE when you look in the mirror each day. Have some lipstick? Write on your mirror a simple message such as "You are beautiful!" Fuel your mind with positive thoughts, and it will pave way for a positive day, including your goals when it comes to fitness. Of course, your body won’t change unless you do, but you also have to stay positive in order to set up for success. So Kick those excuses and negative thoughts to the curb and get the body YOU want. You ARE beautiful, and you can do anything you set your mind to! :)
