I have had my disgnosis of RRMS since 1996 but had symptoms since 1989. Got married in 1992 & things were ok in the very beginning but eventually the verbal, emotional abuse started when we would argue about money! He always drank & it was beer to start that led into whiskey! He became physically abusive & didn’t pay the Mortgage & was removed from the home! He went to rehab & anger Mgt last year & swore he changed & to give him another chance! So I foolishly did & he’s not drinking but back to not paying the bills! The Mortgage is a problem once again! I have seen a worsening since all TIS started with my M.S. & I’m seriously considering filing for Divorce in fear that if he does start drinking again, due to financial pressure, I may not be here to type my story, any longer! I have no where to go with my beautiful Dog that I won’t let behind & luv so much!! I’m in a Dilemma & would just like some advice, pls!

Welcome to the EmpowHER community. I am sorry to hear this. Do you have children or extended family who can help you? I cannot tell you what to do, but this does not sound like a situation staying in.
