This was great advice! Being only 24 years old, I'm finding new ways that can help me still look younger when I'm older! I loved some of your advice! I also love wearing sunscreen every day, too! Even if it's not sunny out, it still can cause wrinkles. My mom has been wearing sunscreen everyday for years since she was young and her skin looks amazing! Keep up the amazing writing! :)
