Dealing with ED and good sex after 60

Prostate cancer (PCa) left me with ED, a severe blow to my manhood after many years of active sex. When it was confirmed my PCa was cleared it was important to me and my urology team to "get me back in the saddle" asap. The surgery removed the prostate completely but at the same time had to sacrifice a vital nerve which helped to provide an erection. ED pills did not work, so penile injection was tried with some success, but it took time to get the right amount (volume) and mix to get the best effect. This has no been achieved and the benefits are enormous. Our loving relationship has been restored, and combined with her weight loss, leading to her increased libido and interest now that I was able to perform again. At the same time I was able to restore my testosterone levels, which I had the docs check, as I was severely lacking in libido. It was found to be way below normal, so a bi-weekly course of injections has done wonders.

Sex for me, now 70 and her 68, is better than ever. No problems with lubrication, endurance and stamina are way up due to the desensitizing effect of the injection, and for us that is a major plus. To couples suffering from husband's ED and/or lack of interest, seek advice and help, it's worth it.
