Every woman experiences the same dilemma of going out with just their purse and forgetting a little something, whether it's chapstick or a band-aid. Does this sound familiar? If it does, this is a great list for you to keep around. Complete with everything you need, this list is precise enough that everything here can fit neatly into your purse, no matter what size it is.
1. Your wallet
This is probably the most important thing on the list. Your wallet should include your IDs, credit/debit card, and cash; these three things will help you get out of any difficult situation.
2. Your phone
Almost equally important to have on you is your phone, which allows you to stay in contact with people, especially useful in case of emergencies.
3. Portable charger
In that same vein, it's important to keep a portable charger on you as well as your phone cord. In this day and age, everyone is reliant on their cell phones, and running out of battery could be costly.
4. Band-aids
You never know when you'll get a cut or scrape, and it's important to always be prepared. Especially for the mothers out there, having band-aids on you is good for you and your children.
5. Neosporin
In case of the truly bad injuries, keeping them safe from infection is an important immediate step to take. Carry a small tube of Neosporin (or different antibiotic gel) with you just in case.
6. Hand sanitizer
Messes are common, and you never know what germs are out there. Keep yourself healthy by having hand sanitizer with you, especially during flu season!
7. Feminine products
Sometimes, that time of the month is unpredictable and can come when you least expect and least want it to. Stay prepared by having a few pads or tampons in your purse, so that even when you're on-the-go, your day doesn't have to be disrupted by mother nature.
8. Pen and notepad
We underestimate how often we need a pen and paper when out and about, whether it's to jot down the name of a restaurant we want to try or to remind yourself of something for later. Having these two items on you will make your life a lot easier, even if you don't know it.
9. Tissues
Nose bleeds, allergies, and tears– you never truly know when they might come. Be prepared with a small pack of tissues in your purse at all times.
10. Spare key(s)
You never know when you might lose your lanyard or forget it somewhere, so make your life easier in the case that you do lose your keys and prepare a spare set in advance. You can simply slip these keys in a particularly hidden pocket in your purse and no one will ever know but you.
