I see that the highest percent here is
worry. That can certainly lead to more stress and increased loss of sleep. Long ago when I had issues with sleeping it was worry I would have checked, but what I've learned along the way is to write down what I am worried about and know that I will "get on it" tomorrow. That helped in the process of my sleep patterns.
Now I turn on an old black and white movie with no commercials, and within 10 minutes my eyes get heavy and fall asleep.
