I feel like I'm going through menopause but not getting the hot flashes. Do women experience this symptom differently?

Hello Anonymous,
I would like to welcome you to the EmpowHER community and thank you for reaching out to us with your health concern.
Perimenopause is the transition phase that leads to menopause. It is a time when estrogen levels fluctuate. Women start noticing changes, such as menstrual irregularity, hot flashes, sleep disturbances and vaginal dryness, in their 40s and some as early as their mid-30s.
The intensity, length and frequency of hot flashes vary. You may not experience this at all, or very mildly in the future. Be thankful if you don't.
Have I answered your question?
Regards,
