I hit my head and back very hard. I catapoleted into a tree and hit my back first and my head whipped back fast and hit the tree. I think I have a concussion and possibly whiplash. I am having trouble lifting my head and focusing. Are there home things I cam do? It's a weekend and no doctors.

Hello and welcome to EmpowHer,
You are right. You can definitely have whiplash and/or a concussion. Doctors usually recommend rest for concussions. Avoid stressful situations, driving, bright lights, hectic schedule. Basically just take a break and rest.
For whiplash, ice is best to reduce swelling, inflammation and pain. Also limit movement of the neck. Try the keep the neck area as still as possible. Do not do sports, or heavy lifting.
Check out the link below that has more information on concussions.
