All of a sudden i've gotten red broken blood vessels on my nose and cheeks. Am i\I blowing my nose too hard? Why would this just be on my cheeks?

Hi Kelly,

These are known as spider veins. There are tiny and delicate veins under the skin responsible for blood circulation in the face. When the walls of these veins narrow and widen suddenly, breakage occurs.

Best,

Daisy
