I will get right to the point before climax, and than it just starts to tickle, however, I feel like I didn't finish. It's fustrating!!! Besides that, it's so hard to get to the point right before climaxing and than it is a disappointment.

What can I do?

There are non-prescription arousal products, or warming lubricants that use botanical products to increase blood supply to the genitals and can help in arousal/orgasm.

This is also a time that a vibrator can be of benefit to women, it provides more direct, consistent and intense stimulation which can help women achieve orgasm.

My website, MiddlesexMD, was designed to provide information for conditions like this and talk through possible solutions. Go to www.middlesexmd.com and I think you will find information that is helpful.

Hello, i read your post, and appreciate your courage that you share this type of issues here, in my opinion, orgasm is the peak of satisfaction, for this you have make a better base and you know that for a base what is the best thing. Most of us think that it is the actual intercourse, but it is not true at all.

The base is the foreplay, you can search for the foreplay techniques over the internet, they are very beneficial, and proves to a starter for the sexual satisfaction. Sexual satisfaction is directly proportional to foreplay, the better the foreplay is, then the best the sexual satisfaction you experience. So, try and start to work on sexual foreplay.

And you can also read about better sex positions that help you to reach up to a peak of sexual satisfaction and orgasm.

Go try and make your sexual experience more better that ever.

Hope this will help you.

Hi Anon,

Welcome to EmpowHER. Therapy can help some women having difficulty with orgasm. For others, a medical condition or side effects from a medication may be causing the problem. Visit your doctor to rule out these causes. Options for treatment include the following:

  • An FDA-approved device called Eros helps increase blood flow to the genitals.
  • Over-the-counter creams may increase sensitivity and help a woman reach orgasm, although these are not FDA-approved. As always, talk to your doctor before starting any treatment.

Best,

Daisy
