I've been feeling very sick to my stomach for the past week and not really sure why, lately I just haven't been living the healthy life I know that, drinking alcohol, eating junk, kind of gaining weight in my stomach area and just been at home most of my time laying in bed (suffer from depression and anxiety)... One week ago I had unprotected sex but I've been on birth control for years, still the next day I took a plan b and went back to taking my pills as always, but for the past week I've been very nauseous feeling to throw up but haven't, lots of headaches, feeling very weak and drained, not getting any sleep, turning and twisting in bed, I just don't feel like myself at all.. Know anything that can be the problem? Pregnancy maybe? Or just getting sick with a virus or something? Or my body failing on me now?

If you are on the pill, there was no reason to take emergency conception. Taking just in case, along with your birth control pills, will only cause unnecessary side effects. Your birth control pill protects you from pregnancy every day as long as you take it regularly. ECP can cause nausea and a general feeling of being unwell. But a stomach virus is possible also or something you ate. You mention an unhealthy lifestyle which might also be a factor.
