I am 25 yrs old, just after my 25th birthday which was March of this year i noticed my that i stopped having really bad cramps, throwing up and not being able to eat. Now i noticed i'm spotting in between periods, i get my period every month but i have no sign that its coming, it just comes. No cramps , no swollen breast nothing. This is not normal for me at all. My reason for not going to the Dr. as yet is because i'm waiting for my medical insurance to kick in. I was also wondering could this be that my hormones are imbalance??? Please help!

Thnx alot for the advice. I guess it just isn't normal for me, since I've started having my period i have always had really bad cramps, vomiting, not being able to eat etc. So its really not normal for me. Sounds crazy right? But thanx again for your advice.

I am a little confused by your question, but understand you are worried that your pre-menstrual symptoms have changed suddenly.

You are no longer experiencing any of the negative symptoms that you usually do, including cramps, vomiting, nausea/not being able to eat, breast tenderness. You are now noticing spotting that is different. Is this all correct?

As the above post mentions, your cycle can change for no apparent reason, along with the symptoms. Problematic symptoms include excessive bleeding or pain. If you are not experiencing these symptoms, and are actually experiencing the opposite...that your PMS has gone away!..this is a good thing! Our cycles change as we get older, and visiting with your Gynecologist for an annual pap smear and medical evaluation will help ease your worries that something is wrong. Not experiencing symptoms....this is nothing to worry about!

lynchie85,
My period equally started coming out that way,so i went to see my doctor then and she just said, atimes when we grow older our body system changes without consulting us,that may be the case or that i have some problems. She later checked and found out i was not ovulating because my hormones were misbehaving.
So,just take it easy you are still young but, ensure you get your insurance fast then see your doctor. Please, stress is not good and will increase the situation.Just relax eat more fruits ,vegs and exercise it may correct before you say jack.
I wish you all the best.
