What's up with my lower half??

I have been doing ton of cardio to loss weight and absolutely love it, but now my butt is disappearing. What's up with that?? I would love to tone by hamstrings and get my butt back. HHHHEEELLPP!!!

Are you interested in working with a personal trainer at your local gym to learn toning and strength exercises, or are you looking for website links for exercise examples?

You have great options, whether you want to work out with weights at a gym, or working out at home with just your running shoes by hiking uphill or engaging in squats and walking lunges will get you toned!

Hey Alison. I would prefer the workout at home. Do you know of links? The 1st thing I'm going to look for are hiking hills!!! Squats and walking lunges here I come : ) Thanks Alison!!
