What's. Causing burning tingeling foot pain

My foot burning tingeling pain keeps me from sleeping.My foot vibrates. If I try walk . Staying off it doesn't help .OC meds nor heat of cool doesn't help

Burning, ichy like prickling on the inside of left foot in arch. Geting worse.
