Hi Anonymous

The best treatment depends on the diagnosis. What is your diagnosis? There are many things that can cause a lump on your eyelid, such as a stye or a chalazion.

A chalazion would be hardest to get rid of, and sometimes requires surgery: https://www.empowher.com/media/reference/chalazion. A stye is more like a pimple: https://www.empowher.com/condition/stye/definition.

If you haven't already, you should see an ophthalmologist and get a diagnosis so you can get this treated properly as soon as possible. Eye infections can get very painful in a hurry. Good luck to you and thanks for writing.
