39 years old. Came on like a virus but got worse such as whole body swelling and fever

Many things could cause these symptoms - an underlying disorder or disease, systemic inflammation of some kind, a virus or an infection. Even an allergic reaction of some kind is possible. We cannot know. Please don't hesitate to be evaluated by a doctor.
