If my husband have these thing happened to him hallucinations delusion paranoia don't have the feeling of life not sleeping don't talk to family or friend lack of energy lost of appetite don't like nothing loud like to be along he don't have know insurance

We cannot speculate as to what is going on, other than the fact that it seems your husband has a severe mental health issue. Why, we cannot say - it could be due to hereditary factors, or chemical changes in the brain or could be induced by alcohol or drugs.
