what treatment is there for vertical /lines on your nails.

My nails are very dry, brittle and small vertical lines have appeared. I recently stopped getting artificial nails eg: wraps, gels. Could that have caused this? Is there a treat you recommend?

This weakens and damages the nail or can also be from any trauma to the nail. Taking a supplement with 2,500 micrograms or more of biotin (a component of the vitamin-B complex). Can help the nail to strengthen. It might be good to show a doctor.
