Hi Anon!

Thank you for sharing your question about high cortisol with the EmpowHER community. Many of our members deal with this condition as well. 

As a rule of thumb, eating nutritious foods, exercise and getting good sleep is the most helpful way to reduce cortisol levels. I really like this article as it has a lot of information about high cortisol as well as treatment.
