What is the proper exit dosage sequence over time for Trileptal 300mg and Lyrica 75mg in dealing with Trigeminal Neuralgia both separately and together?

You are correct - these medications need to be phased out and not stopped cold turkey. As to how this should be done, your prescribing doctor will set up a plan for you, we cannot do that. Please make contact with him/her to begin the process.
