my period was stared on 22 August and I had unprotected sex on 28 August even though he pulled out i took p2 on 30th August , on 4th September I experienced heavy bleeding as if I'm on my period and it lasted for three days last week I had stretchy clear discharge similar to the one I use to have when I ovulate today being 19th September I expected my period, even though I'm having the usual pms which includes tender nipples like I used to get but I didn't get my period, I did urine test yesterday being 18 and it was negative, I use to have 28, 29 days cycle......

If you test is negative on day 18, it's very unlikely you are pregnant.
P2 probably caused the heavy bleeding on the 4th Sept - this is a common side effect. It sounds like you are ovulating now so you can expect your period in about one-two weeks or so. P2 can also cause PMS symptoms. P2 changes the next menstrual cycle, hence why things are different this month. Your cycle should get back to normal the month after.
