Right side lower waist pain is very vague. What kind of pain is it? Throbbing? Sharp? Dull? Is it all the time or have you noticed there are triggers?
You may have digestive problems or something going on with your liver or pancreas, although those organs are not in the lower waist but upper. If you are female, you may have a gynecological issue.
You will need to seek medical advice for an evaluation to know more.
