l had an unprotected sex on the 1st of May, my monthly period ended on the 29th of April.3 days after the unprotected sex on the 4th of May I started bleeding clear red blood and feeling pain and crampy like on my left side just underneath the ribs what could be the problem

If the sex was more aggressive than usual or you were not lubricated sufficiently, this might be the cause. Or perhaps your period was not entirely finished. The bleeding, and pain under the ribs, may also be two separate issues. If you are concerned (the pain and bleeding continue or worsen) see your doctor for an examination.
