I was recently laid off and am trying to use this as a chance to step back and THIS time choose a career that I'm truly passionate about. Weight management is something I've always been highly interested in and can personally relate to. So I am wondering what types of careers are out there for it? I have a B.S. in Psychology, a B.A. in History, and also a law degree.

I am exactly like you, passionate about weight management and just simply being as healthy as I can be. After living a life (for too dang long) of being obese I lost 80 lbs and now help others lose weight (the healthy way) as a weight loss coach.
It looks like you got some great ideas from the previous post, but I wanted to add just one more...weight loss coaching. It would work very well with your educational background.
