Hello Anon

Thank you for writing.

Breast pain after heart surgery is not uncommon amongst women. It happens due to gravity and the pull on the breastbone.

You may find relief with a special support bra. You can buy them on line if you do a search for "post heart surgery bra". One brand is called the AztecHeart bra and another is called Bonita. There are several more. We cannot say if they will work for you but they have pretty good reviews.

Your cardiologist may have other recommendations for you. Please keep us posted.

Best,
Susan
