I'm sorry to share this information I had been sexually abused by a white Italian man and had been also assualted by another man prior to this. I now have all these unexplained symptoms that I never had up until these experiences. I have a cyst in my ovary but cannot understand why I am in so much pain and why I smell sooo bad. I have a strange smell as though my bowels are leeking into the walls of my womb. It really smells weird, the doctor even noticed this at one point and mentioned someone needing to use the toilet. (This is a white middle class doctor who generally talks to black people as though they have little sense). I can only assume this is not a syptom related to an ovarian cyst. I have a very painful left breast on the same side as this problems in my womb and this is causing me continuous pain. The man that abused me ruptured my anus and I also suffer from bloating now and frequently pass wind.

I have no idea what to do and the doctors will not help me at all.

Hi,
I am deeply sorry to hear that you have been the victim of sexual abuse. Just by the description of the symptoms which you offer, it sounds like you have a fistula or opening between your vagina and rectum. The trauma to your anus caused the opening and can explain the odor, bloating and gas. It can be the cause of the pain. However, you need to have a through examination by a well-trained and sensitive physician. I strongly suggest that you find a new healthcare provider, since the behavior of the doctor, who has been treating you, is unprofessional and inexcusable. I hope that you are successful in getting proper medical attention and emotional support to cope with your situation, because you deserve it.
