I usually get bored and need something to do instead of stay in a chair and get on the computer all day. Please help and give me an answer quick ! Thanks bye.

I enjoy being creative, and have a few hours per week that I try to do something crafty or artsy! Some local jewelry-making stores have classes in the evening, to teach you how to make your own jewelry. I also love paper crafting, and go to a scrapbook store some weekends to scrapbook into the evening hours. On the physical activity part, there are swimming lessons, canoe or kayak lessons, tennis...you name it!

Look at any local colleges or universities for their informal classes, to see if anything peaks your interest. Learn a new skill or hobby...what interests you?

Do you work or go to school full-time? You can also use your time in other valuable ways by volunteering to help a group, organization or individual who is in need of an extra hand!

Hi Peribright,
Here's a great article on some exercise tips: https://www.empowher.com/fitness/content/burn-more-fat-better-training-methods. Now that the weather is getting nicer I like to swim and have incorporated Zumba into my weekly exercise routine. I'm also part of this group on EmpowHER https://www.empowher.com/groups/Healthy-Fit, I'm sure these ladies would be happy to help you out as well. One more resource full of great articles and ideas - https://www.empowher.com/healthy-lifestyle-resources-2011.
Hope this helps!
