I would like to know early symptoms of heart attack at least 1 month before.

Some heart attacks strike suddenly, but many people have warning signs and symptoms hours, days or weeks in advance. The earliest warning might be recurrent chest pain or pressure (angina) that are triggered by exertion and relieved by rest. Angina is caused by a temporary decrease in blood flow to the heart. Fatigue with no explanation may also be an early sign. If you suspect you may be having a heart attack or simply feel something is off, it's better to get checked by a medical professional rather than dismissing it.
