I've always heard good things about kegel exercises, but have never done them before. What are the benefits of doing kegel exercises? Also, what is the correct way to do them and how can I get started?

Kegel exercises can help you prevent or control urinary incontinence and other pelvic floor problems. The exercises strengthen the pelvic floor muscles, which support the uterus, bladder, small intestine and rectum.
