Anon - You wrote that you were exposed to ebostos, are you saying you were exposed to asbestos?

When asbestos-containing materials are damaged or disturbed by repair, remodeling or demolition activities, microscopic fibers become airborne and can be inhaled into the lungs, where they can cause significant health problems.

As Cary said you need to seek medical treatment for this. Here is a link to information about asbestos exposure that can help you better understand this, but you will not be able to treat this yourself.

I do not know what ECT means? Does this have something to do with your employer? If so, you can share this same link with your employer.

Please let us know that you got this information, what additional questions you may have and if you are getting medical care. Thank you. We hope you are doing better now.

Hi Anonymous

Have you been to a health care provider? You really need to be seen by a professional to determine exactly what is going on and to receive appropriate treatment. I suggest you see a pulmonologist ASAP. That is a lung doctor. Have you been diagnosed by a professional? Have you had xrays or CT? Are you on medication?

If you have not seen a physician, please do not wait any longer. If you have and already have a treatment plan, please share some more information if you are comfortable with that so we can point you in the right direction. Symptoms such as yours are not something to treat at home. Please seek professional care if you haven't already.
