I've been on a diet since 1/24/12. so far I've lost 64 pounds. I'm following the weight Watchers pregram, but I'm not hungry and some stimes I have to force my self to eat. I tak a womans mulit vitamine, D, B12. If any one has any suggests how I can get rig of my weekness please let me know

Hello boyla,
I suggest that you make an appointment with your physician. You may need to have blood tests done. Checking protein levels, thyroid function, hemoglobin and hematocrit can indicate any abnormalities that could be the cause of your weakness.
Dieting may or may not be linked to the feeling of weakness.
