I've recently been losing a lot of hair and constant fatigue plagues my everyday life. I went to the doctor for unrelated gall stones and he proceeded to get blood work and a ultra-sound. When he got the results he was baffled because my spleen is enlarged and i have a high liver enzymes so he had more blood work done for HIV/AIDS and a bunch of other out there diagnosis (or thats what i thought). I am 18 and i really dont want to be bald by 19! What could it be?

I am confused...can you tell us exactly what tests you had done, what the test results are, and what your diagnosis are?
If you do not know these answers, you need to call your doctor's office and talk with a nurse about getting a copy of your lab test results, and have them go over the results with you. Ask the nurse what the results mean, what treatment options are recommended.
From this information, we can help you with additional research and explain what terms mean...but since you've had screening and/or diagnostic tests conducted, we need to know what the results are and what your doctor recommends for treatment.
Be sure and write down terms that they say, and if you do not understand something, ask them to spell it. It's OK..you've got to be your own patient advocate, or ask a friend/family member to go with you to the doctor so they can help write down the answers.
